Thank you for registering for the 2024 Overlee Crab Feast!
Skip the line! Wristbands are available to be picked up from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday. Please print out a copy of your receipt or display it from your device to the Front Desk to receive your wristbands. Please be aware that you cannot pick them up if the pool is closed due to thunderstorms.
Overlee’s Annual Crab and BBQ Feast will be held on Saturday, July 27 – rain or shine. If Snack Shack park is too wet or the weather isn’t cooperating, appetizers, side dishes, and desserts will be inside the clubhouse. We will try to have the crabs and BBQ outside but will make a decision during the day. Please bring a sweater or jacket as the temperature inside the clubhouse can be cooler than outside.
Crab Feast is an adults-only (21 and over) event. Main Pool and Volleyball will be open for Crab Feast Attendees only.
Bring your playlist! The Overlee sound system will be set up and available.
We will provide the crabs, BBQ, a couple sides, and a few desserts. Please feel free to bring an appetizer or dessert to share and of course your favorite beverages!
We look forward to another great evening of Overlee fun and camaraderie.
NOTE: The Crab Feast begins at 7:00 PM and ends at 11:00 pm. Only volunteers will be allowed in between 6:00 – 7:00 PM. Please exit promptly at 11:00 PM as a courtesy to the staff.
