Registration Open Now for Fall Fitness Classes at Overlee

Go to for more information on Fall Fitness classes at Overlee.  This Fall’s offerings include: the Flying FIsh Boot Camp, Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga and  Yoga for Fitness. Overlee members get a discount but classes are open to everyone (members and non-members). The Fall schedule runs from September 11th – December 21st, so sign up now!

Fitness @ Overlee Summer Session Registration Open!

New Sessions for OVL Fitness just announced! Classes are from June 22nd – August 28th and include:

  • Yoga for Fitness – Wednesdays at 9:00 am
  • Boot Camp – Wednesdays & Fridays at 6:00 am
  • Vinyasa Yoga August Workshops – Thursdays at 9 am
