Classes being offered this summer include: Vinyasa Yoga and Flying Fish Boot Camp. Body Moves Fitness will return in the Fall.

This Fall’s offerings include: the Flying FIsh Boot Camp, Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yoga for Fitness. Overlee members get a discount but classes are open to everyone (members and non-members). The Fall schedule runs from September 11th – December 21st, so sign up now!

Fall Fitness @OVL begins in September! Registration for Boot Camp, Body Sculpting, Yoga for Fitness and Vinyasa Yoga is open now! These classes are open to Overlee members (at a discount) and non-members. Go to overlee.org/Activities/Fitness Classes for additional information and to register.
