New Sessions for OVL Fitness just announced! Classes are from June 22nd – August 28th and include:
- Yoga for Fitness – Wednesdays at 9:00 am
- Boot Camp – Wednesdays & Fridays at 6:00 am
- Vinyasa Yoga August Workshops – Thursdays at 9 am
