Note to All Overlee Members: On Sunday, July 14th, everyone is required to vacate the premises at 6:00 PM. All pools (including the Lap Pool), decks, volleyball court, grounds, and facilities close at 6:00 PM. Kids/Teen Night begins at 6:30 PM.

Kids (ages 5 and older) and Teens rule the pool at Overlee on Sunday, July 14th beginning at 6:30 PM! We’ll have a DJ, pizza, drinks, and snacks!

The cost is $10.00 per person (including parents who are attending but not volunteering) and everyone needs a wristband showing they have paid. Members must be logged in to purchase.

Online purchasing ends at 11:59 PM on Saturday, July 13th. Beginning Sunday, July 14th, wristbands can only be purchased at the Front Desk (between 10:00am – 6:00pm) for $12.00. Exact change preferred please!

Each volunteer slot is an hour; however you are welcome to sign up for multiple hourly slots if interested.  Thanks for your help making this a great night for the kids!

Please pick up pre-purchased wristbands on Sunday between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM at the front desk to skip the entrance line on Sunday evening. Orders will be listed by “Last Name of Purchaser”.

Kids may enter through the back gate after showing their wristband. Please plan accordingly to pick up your kids and teens at the following times:

  • 5 to 8-year-olds go home at 8:00 PM
  • 9 & 10-year-olds go home at 9:00 PM
  • 11 & older go home at 10:00 PM when the pool closes

**No re-entry allowed once you/your child exits the pool.**

Parents: There will be no grilling or alcohol allowed. If you feel the need to attend, consider volunteering as a chaperone or you will need to register and pay.
