Board Members Elected at July Membership Meeting:
Congratulations to the Board members who were elected at last night’s General Membership Meeting. Current Board members Michael Bruce, Sue Budd, Todd Murdock, and Brian Yost were re-elected.
The newly elected Board Member is Katelyn Chubb.
Thank you to Andrea Furrow for her years of Board service. Overlee members who attended the meeting heard updates on operations and activities and had the opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts with the Board. Thanks to all who attended!
2024 Overlee Crab Feast Registration Now Open – Overlee’s Version of Surf and Turf + BYOB = Great Time!
The Annual Overlee Crab Feast is back! It will be held on Saturday, July 27th from 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
**Please note that this event has a 200 person capacity limit. Therefore, registration will close on Monday, July 22 at 12Noon or when 200 registrations are reached (whichever occurs first).
Cost for crabs is $60 for members/$69 for non-members; BBQ is $40 for members/$45 for non-members.
We will provide the crabs, BBQ, a couple sides, and a few desserts. Please feel free to bring an appetizer or dessert to share and of course your favorite beverages!

Note: Crab Feast is an adults-only (21 and over) event. Main Pool and Volleyball will be open for Crab Feast Attendees only. Pool closes and grounds cleared at 6:00 PM for set up. Snack Shack Park will close around 4:00 PM to allow for table and chairs set-up.
Synchro Team Performance “One for the Ages”:
The Overlee Synchro Team made the “whole place shimmer” last night with their Taylor Swift inspired performance: The Eras Tour (Overlee Synchro’s Version). Congrats to our talented athletes and coaches who worked incredibly hard over the past 7 weeks training, learning new skills, lifts, and multiple routines each.
Along with a spectacular number from the Overlee lifeguards and Coach Becca’s Junior Olympics solo routine, our Synchro swimmers impressed and entertained a packed Overlee lap pool.
The team, coaches and families are grateful for the generous support of the Overlee Board, pool management, staff, and member volunteers who were essential in making last night and the season a success.

Pool Hours for Friday, July 19 – Sunday, July 28:
Volleyball, Upper Decks, Foosball, Ping Pong, Cornhole, Grassy Areas, etc. are open only when the Main/Social/Baby pools are open. Volleyball is open during developmental dive meets but closed during developmental/competitive swim meets and Tuesday competitive dive meets.

All Pools: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (except when used by teams as described below)
Lap Pool: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM, 12 Noon – 3:30 PM, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (M, T, F), 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Th), 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Tues) (lap swimming in main pool during dive meet and synchro show)
Swim Team Practice: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (main pool daily), 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM (main pool shared daily), 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (lap pool daily); 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM (lap pool M-Th)
Dive Team Practices: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (M-W dive well); 11:00 – 12:00 PM (Th-F), 4:30 –6:30 PM (M, W dive well), 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM (F, dive well)

Reciprocity is being offered by Chesterbrook, Tuckahoe, Donaldson Run, Highland, and Old Keene Mill for Overlee members while the meet is at Overlee.

Swim Banquet – Main, Social, and Baby pools close at 7:00 PM
All Pools: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Lap Pool: 9:00 AM –10:00 AM, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (½ lap, ½ general)
