Summer Group Lessons Registration NOW OPEN for Members: The Summer Group Lessons program will have six weeks of lessons held Tuesday-Thursday organized by level and age.

  • Week 1: June 18-20*
  • Week 2: June 24-26
  • Week 3: June 30 & July 2-3 (AM & Midday Only for M/T/TH)
  • Week 4: July 7-8 & 10 (AM & Midday Only for M/T/TH)
  • Week 5: July 15-17
  • Week 6: July 22-24

Free Adult Swim Clinics Begin on Tomorrow: All adult Overlee members are welcome to join the Adult Swim Clinics on Friday evenings beginning June 6th from 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM in the Lap Pool. All levels and abilities are welcome, including those who’ve never had a formal swim lesson, those who want to improve a stroke or two, as well as those who are competitive swimmers or triathletes. Our seasoned instructor, Kathy Koczyk, has tips and techniques that will help build your confidence in the water. These clinics are held every Friday in June, July and August.  No registration is required.

Board Seeking Nominees for New Directors: Under Overlee’s current Bylaws, the election of new members of the Board of Directors is held during the Summer Membership Meeting.  This year, the meeting will be on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 7:00pm.
We are seeking Association members who are interested in serving on the Board. Board members act as the governing body for the Association. A description of the Board’s roles and responsibilities can be found on the website in our Bylaws. If you are interested in running or finding out more information, please send an email to Board@overlee.org.

Manager’s Top 5 Rules:

1.  Foul language & abusive behavior is never tolerated.
2.  Obey the rules on our basketball hoops – No dunking, no shooting from outside deck, and no rough housing.
3.  Please throw away your trash and keep your area clean.
4.  If there is a mess on the deck or in a bathroom, please let a manager know.
5.  Staff does not make policy or hours of operation. If you have an issue that a manager cannot satisfy, please email president@overlee.org.

Large Groups:  Member Families bringing large groups (of ten or more guests on weekdays and five or more guests on weekends) must request permission from the Pool Manager at least 3 days in advance by sending an email to manager@overlee.org and providing a list of all guests with full payment at least 48 hours in advance. Overlee reserves the right to turn away large groups not pre-approved and paid. Click here for the full policy.
Overlee also requires that members hosting groups of 25 or more guests must rent the clubhouse. Click here for clubhouse info.

If the meet ends prior to 8:15 pm, the Main Pool will re-open 15 minutes following meet ending and Lap Pool will return to 6 lanes of lap swimming.
