Reminders: Crab Feast, Membership Meeting, Ice Cream Social and Synchro Show

Sign Up Closes Tomorrow for the Overlee Crab Feast on July 25th

You must sign up for this Saturday’s Crab Feast by TOMORROW July 22nd! SIgn up sheets are at the front desk. Everyone must pre-register to and pre-pay attend! No exceptions!

Here are the details:

The Overlee Crab Feast is on Saturday, July 25th from 7:00 – 11:00 pm.

We’ll have a DJ, all-u-can-eat crabs and BBQ.  Please bring an appetizer or dessert to share and your favorite beverages. You can also bring your playlist and we will play your music selections for twenty minutes!

Sign-up and pay at the Front Desk for either:

  • Crabs – $40/person for members, $50/person for guests
  • BBQ – $20/person, $25/person  for guests

Sign-up closes on July 22nd.

Thursday, July 23rd: Overlee General Membership Meeting/Ice Cream Social/Synchro Show!

Overlee members are invited to the General Membership Meeting in the clubhouse starting at 7:00 pm. Come and meet with the Board of Directors to hear Overlee Association updates, and make comments and suggestions.

Everyone is welcome for free ie cream at the Ice Cream Social from 7:00 – 8:30 pm in Snack Shack Park.

The Annual Synchro Show starts after the ice cream social.
