Members’ Pictures Needed for New Overlee Membership System

With our new plastic cards and scanning system in place, we ask that all Overlee families and members provide a group or individual photos so that our pool staff can visually recognize you as you enter Overlee. We ask that all photos be submitted by June 14th if possible.

This new feature will be particularly helpful to you when you forget to bring your membership cards.  You can give the front desk staff your name and the photos provided will show who you are. The new process also ensures that only members and their guests enter the pool facility.

There are two ways to get your photos tied to your membership account:

1 – Each member or family can send a photo to members@overlee.org. If you are sending a family photo, please be sure that all family members included on your membership are included.  We ask that these photos be “head and shoulder” shots as much as possible, with faces clear and no sunglasses.

OR,

2 – You can stop by the front desk with your membership cards and smartphone to take a photo and submit it with the help of the desk staff. We can either use one family photo (easier) or individual photos of each member on your account – whatever works for you.

Either way, please make sure to include the names of each individual when submitting photos.

In case you forget your card one day, you must enter via the front entrance so that the Front Desk Attendant can visually verify you, just as we’ve done in the past.  After June 14th, only members who have submitted photographs can access the pool without their membership cards.

Thanks for helping to make Overlee more secure this summer Now, smile for the camera!
