Overlee requires a photo for each individual on a membership account to make it easier for you and staff when you swipe your card each time you visit and prevent abuse of memberships. If you haven’t done so already, please send a photo of each family member associated with your Overlee membership to email@example.com so the photo(s) can be tied to your account. Cell phone photos are fine, but please be sure that all family members on your membership account are included. The front desk will soon start taking pictures of members who enter without a picture in the system.
And remember, if you forgot your card, you must go around to the Front Desk to check in. This include swim, dive and synchro team members and their parents, lap swimmers, socializers, volleyball players and everyone else. If you lost oyur card, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Cost for card replacement is $5.00.
