BODYMOVES FITNESS

Participants may register by mailing a check made out to
BodyMoves Fitness LLC in the amount of the fee(s) shown
below to:  BodyMoves Fitness LLC, 6611 Little Falls Rd,
Arlington, VA 22213.  Please register by one week prior to class
start so we can make sure we have enough participants to run
your class and please provide us your email so we can confirm
your registration. Classes follow the APS schedule for inclement
weather cancelations, with no weather makeups/refunds.

Yoga for Fitness (Abra Frankel)

This class introduces participants to fundamentals of yoga
practice–including asanas (poses), breathing techniques, and
body awareness–and is presented in a dynamic workout that
includes stretching, strength-building, and complete relaxation.
The breathing, stretching/flexibility, and strengthening aspects
incorporated are especially useful for current and former athletes
(both male and female). No previous yoga experience
necessary; all levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat.

FLYING FISH BOOT CAMP

Each boot camp is a combination of functional cardio, strength training and core fitness.  Every class is different, challenging and attainable.  Modifications for all levels of athletes.

POWER VINYASA FLOW (All Levels)

Ashley Leonard

An athletic, dynamic form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath. This class will feature creative sequencing with a focus on strength as well as alignment so you can safely and effectively get the most out of your practice. Lots of modifications are offered so those who are new to yoga can easily practice alongside those with more experience. Ashley Leonard is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hours) through Yoga Alliance. She believes that yoga can be beneficial to anyone and offers classes that are both challenging AND accessible. Summer Session 2017 is drop in only and payment is provided via check or cash at the beginning of class. Anyone trying class for the very first time receives a free trial. Classes are extended to 75 minutes (9:45a-11:00a) for this session only. Pre-Registration via email is required at least one hour prior to class (with preference to Overlee members as we reach capacity).  Please email [email protected] for pre-registration, waivers, and questions.
